Personal Evolution

The GEP program is an incredible adventure that you only experience once in your life!

As I said earlier, this program gave us the opportunity to really introduce ourselves in the international entrepreneurial world. Thanks to the ambiance, the mind-set of our class and the partnership between 3 universities, during this year we developed our skills and knowledges! But what I really want to highlight here is that you know who you are when integrating this master, but you don't expect to grew up as much as we did!

Put around 40 new people from all around the world, with diverse backgrounds and professional experiences, goals, mind-sets; then mix the texture in different continents for few months

The relationship between each other is completely different from what you can define as a usual friendship. With all the experiences we had & share together for all this year, it created intensive and dense relationships that are valuable for all of us. It it a very condensed program and we've spend such a short time in each country that we created without knowing it, a new dynamise and special and reliable relationships!

Also, the chance to work with international students pushed us out of our confort zone, and challenge ourselves on every team projects! This aspect of the collaboration was very interesting for me and very valuable. The management and the position you can take in a group work will depend mainly on the people that you are working with! Even with four years of professional experiences and almost one year in the UK, I haven't felt as much improvement and challenges as during this year!
